Cleaning a Full Spectrum Laser in a STEM Classroom at Lenape Valley Regional High School in New Jersey

In a busy high school STEM lab, this Full Spectrum Laser saw heavy use—over 100 users per month! With so much activity, the machine’s mirror and beam alignment had been thrown off significantly, requiring a full recalibration of all three mirrors to restore sharp and focused cuts and engraves.

Additionally, the system’s external water chiller and air compressor needed attention to ensure proper cooling and airflow. After a deep cleaning and expert realignment, this laser was restored to peak performance for the students and faculty of LVRHS.

Note: Due to the nature of working in a classroom with students in the background, we did not take as many photos of this service as we like to take.
